- Velika vrijednost ove knjige recepata je što su jela u kojima je nekada uživalo plemstvo ne samo spašena od zaborava, nego i prikazana na osuvremenjeni način i tako postala pristupačna za današnju pripremu. U njoj su predstavljena jela tipična za naš kraj, koja su neopravdano istisnuta s jelovnika pa se zalažem da ih dodatno promoviramo i da se češće nađu u ponudi koprivničkih restorana. - naglasio je Mršić.
